🌿 Sometimes, there is no need to adjust yourself right away
In the tea room, people often say:
Recently, something feels a little off—
yet no clear reason can be found.
—
The body seems fine,
and yet, not entirely at ease.
—
At times, it feels heavy.
At times, a quiet pressure.
And sometimes,
just a kind of fatigue that cannot be named.
—
So one begins to wonder:
Is something wrong?
Should I try to adjust myself again?
—
But slowly, it becomes clear:
Some discomfort
does not come from within.
—
It is simply that
the place one is in
does not resonate.
—
In some places,
the light is too sharp,
the air too tense.
—
In others,
though quiet,
there is no flow.
—
The body has its own rhythm.
When it moves against its surroundings,
even in stillness,
there is a quiet depletion.
—
So at times,
there is no need to rush to fix the body,
nor to force any change.
—
Sometimes—
👉 simply change the place.
—
Take a walk,
look around.
Or just step away for a moment,
and let the energy move.
—
For some,
stepping outside
brings lightness.
For others,
just changing a seat
allows the breath to settle.
—
These shifts
are not complicated.
They are simply
a re-meeting
between oneself and the environment.
—
And if leaving is not possible,
there is no need to feel trapped.
—
Sometimes,
a gentle turning of the mind
is enough—
to enter a quieter place within.
Even if only for a moment.
—
Like now,
pausing softly
within these lines.
—
And gradually, one understands:
Some adjustments
do not come from trying harder,
but from—
no longer remaining
where things do not align.
—
When one is at ease with the place,
the heart becomes still.

🌿 The body is but the shape of energy
In the tea room, someone asks:
Why is it that some eat very little,
yet feel heavy,
while others live simply,
and remain clear and light?
—
Some also say:
I pay close attention to what I eat,
yet my body never quite feels
in the right place.
—
The tea does not rush to answer.
It simply offers one sentence:
—
The body
is but the shape of energy.
—
When energy rises,
one feels light—
yet ungrounded.
—
When it gathers in the middle,
there is ease—
yet sometimes stagnation.
—
When it settles below,
there is stability—
yet also the possibility of heaviness.
—
Most discomfort
does not come from “too much” or “too little,”
but from—
👉 energy not resting in its place.
—
So at times,
food is not for “adding,”
nor for “reducing.”
—
It is simply—
guiding the energy
back to where it belongs.
—
For some,
a few light bites
open the chest.
—
For others,
a warm bowl
brings the body and mind into harmony.
—
And some need
a deeper, heavier taste
to feel their feet return to the ground.
—
Food has its directions.
—
Lightness rises.
Harmony centers.
Depth descends.
—
If the lower is not settled
and one eats too lightly,
the body tends to drift.
—
If the middle does not transform
and one eats too heavily,
energy becomes stagnant.
—
If the upper is not open
and one keeps adding nourishment,
it may only bring more discomfort.
—
Here,
there is little talk of “what to eat,”
nor any fixed guidance.
—
Only, within a cup of tea,
a quiet sensing:
👉 where is your energy, right now?
—
When energy returns to its place,
the body finds its own measure.
—
Before fullness,
there is already enough.
Without seeking lightness,
there is already ease.
—
And gradually, one understands:
The form of the body
is not something to be shaped,
—
but simply—
when energy rests where it belongs,
form follows.

🌿 Some changes happen quietly
In the tea room, people often say:
Lately, something feels different.
—
It is hard to name,
only—
it is no longer as tense as before.
—
Some say:
The emotions are not as hurried,
the body no longer resists as much.
—
At times, simply sitting in stillness,
one feels—
everything has slowed, just a little.
—
These changes
are not obvious,
nor intense.
—
In fact,
nothing needs to be done.
—
And then one day,
it becomes clear:
—
The heart is no longer as tired,
the body no longer strains as it did.
—
The body, especially for women,
does not favor force.
—
When the energy is too tight,
it becomes constrained.
When the spirit is overused,
it begins to scatter.
—
So some changes
are not “made” to happen,
but—
👉 gently loosened over time.
—
Some begin
to no longer rush to prove anything.
—
Some learn
to leave a little space
within the day.
—
And some, without noticing,
sleep more deeply,
and smile more lightly.
—
These are subtle shifts,
yet they quietly reshape:
—
the direction of energy,
and the place where the heart returns.
—
Here,
there is no teaching of “how to be better,”
nor any demand of “what one should become.”
—
There is only quiet companionship,
as rhythms that already belong to you
slowly find their way back.
—
And so, gradually, one understands:
True change
does not lie outside,
nor in haste.
—
It is simply—
when you are no longer forcing,
it begins on its own.
—
When the heart is at ease,
the energy finds harmony.
Some changes
need not be pursued.
